Nifty : Last day Nifty rallied by 177 Points, Heavy gains backed by News about govt. meeting with Industrialist and one more meeting planned for Today evening on Issue of FPI surcharge. There are Many other rumors flooding in various social media channels like roll back of LTCG, I will avoid them as this is not much important as compare to Issues regarding slowing down of economy. So carry less Positions for Tuesday ( Monday is Holiday due to Barkri-Id). Volatility will increase in market because govt. meeting for FPI Issues is after market hours.
Nifty is still in formation of Lower Low – Lower High, and gap is also there, I think in first 2 hour of trading Nifty will try to Fill the gap and at the same time Resistance of 11080 is there, so a break of 11080 then Gap filling process will start, Actual level of gap is 11080-11108.
As Global are all green, so Nifty will open gap up of 30-45 points and try to sustain above 11080 in this way it will fill the gap, and If it sustain above 11080 then Nifty will aim to 11130-160. If you are aiming for Buy trade then after gapup try to focus on 11080 mark sustaining above 11080 then it will aim for 11110-11130 small Intraday trade.
Bank Nifty : Same as Nifty Bank Nifty rallied by 400 points and it will continue to maintain it’s strength today also, it will try to open gap up of 80-120 points. After sustaining above 28200 then It will try to touch 28320 ( Small Resistance) after that 28400.
FII sold shares worth 437 Crore While DII bought shares worth of Rs 291 Crore. VIX down 3% to 16.09 levels.
Global Market View
US Index closed with good gains of over 1%, and other market also closed in green.
Brent oil jumped by 2% to 57.75 levels, Gold Steady above $1500 levels, Bitcoin still in range of $11500-12300.
